Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rohu/bhetki fish 4 steaks
  2. Bread crumbs 1/2cup
  3. Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
  4. Garlic paste 1/4 spoon
  5. Onion chopped 1small
  6. Coriander leaves chopped 2tsp
  7. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1tsp
  9. Black pepper 1/2 ts
  10. oil 2 tbsp
  11. Eggs 1

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish under running water and debone.
  2. Crumble the fish with the help of a fork
  3. Now add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
  4. Create your desired shape of cutlets
  5. Coat with egg
  6. Then cover with breadcrumbs
  7. Then fry all the cutlets in low heat
