Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 onions large sliced
  2. 2 tomatoes large diced
  3. 1 tsp mustard oil
  4. 1 tspn jeera [cumin seeds]
  5. 1/4 tspn haldi [turmeric powder]
  6. 1/2 tspn lalmirch powder [red chilly powder]
  7. 1tspn dhania powder [coriander powder]
  8. 1/4 tspn aamchur powder [dry mango powder]
  9. 1/4 tspn garam masala
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan put oil, jeera, haldi and mirch powder. Once jeera starts crackling put the onions n tomatoes. Put salt and dhaniya powder. Stir & mix well.
  2. Cover it with lie for 7- 8 mins. Then open the lid n stir. When the onions are translucent switch off the gas put the garam masala powder, mix.
  3. Garnish with fresh green coriander finely chopped and serve it along with roti, paratha or rice
