ABOUT Pyaz ki kachori RECIPE

The very famous rajasthani snack, crispy kachoris filled with a spicy onion filling.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 250gm
  2. Oil 40ml
  3. Salt 2 pinch
  4. Oninon 2 finely chopped
  5. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
  6. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  7. corriander powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Amchur 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take maida , oil & salt
  2. Prepare a dough with maida, salt & oil for moin . Cover & Keep aside
  3. Put some oil in a pan . Add ajwain ,onion & green chillies. Saute till onion gets transparent.
  4. Once done, add all dry masala and saute for 3 to 4 min. Add green corriander & turn off the gas. Keep this stuffing to cool.
  5. Now make small balls from the dough
  6. Flatten the ball
  7. Fill the stuffing
  8. Now flatten the kachori
  9. Now fry the kachori
  10. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
