Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Yellow peas 200 gm
  2. Boiled & cubed of 1 potato
  3. Onion 3
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
  5. Imli juice 1 cup
  6. Turmeric Powder
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Garam Masala powder
  9. Sugar 1 spn
  10. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook of peas & potato with 1 tomato.It should be little mushy.
  2. Heat oil.Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste in it.Cook it for sometime.
  3. Add 3 spoons of onion paste.
  4. Add boiled yellow peas & potato.
  5. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder & salt.
  6. Add some hot water, cover it & cook it well.
  7. Finally add 1/2 cup imli [tamarind] juice.
  8. Adjust salt & sugar as per your taste
  9. Serve it with chopped onion, extra imli juice, coriander leaves & sev.
