yummy delicious veg soya chap, that can be served with some roti or naan on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Marination
  2. red soye chap 1/2 kg
  3. Hung curd 2 tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. degi Mirch 2 tablespoon
  6. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  7. For gravy
  8. onion paste 1 large no
  9. tomato paste 4 no
  10. onion diced 1 no
  11. green capsicum 1 no
  12. cream 1/4 cup
  13. tomato katchup 1 tablespoon
  14. red color few drops (optional)
  15. meat masala 1 tablespoon (optional)
  16. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  17. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  18. red degi mirch powder 1 tablespoon
  19. kaju paste 7/8 no
  20. Oil 2 tablespoon
  21. Butter 3 tablespoon
  22. 3,4 cloves
  23. 1 Cinnamon stick
  24. 2 green cardamom

Instructions

  1. marination: In soya chaps do poke holes and add the mixture of salt, chilly powder,curd,ginger garlic paste in it and keep for half an hour
  2. put oil & butter in pan heat it ,put marinated chap to shallow fry to color change
  3. In the same pan ,put onion paste and cook til it come golden color
  4. put dry spices in it , add diced onion , capsicum & tomato paste
  5. add tamato katchup , kaju paste
  6. add little water to make gravy
  7. At last put cream & garnish with coriander
