Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4,red big tomatoes
  2. 1 big carrot=chopped into cubes
  3. 1 big size red bell pepper
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1,tsp onion powder
  6. 1/2,tsp garlic salt
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper powder
  9. Grated cheese for garnishing
  10. 1/2,cup water

Instructions

  1. Roast red bell pepper on gas flame.
  2. Boil tomatoes in water.
  3. Boil carrot cubes in cooker.
  4. Remove skin of roasted red bell pepper &, chopped into cubes.
  5. Remove skin of tomatoes &, chopped into cubes.
  6. Now put all chopped ingredients into blender. Churn until smooth.
  7. Transfer mixture into pan. Add garlic salt & onion powder.
  8. Add milk and boil for 3_4 minutes.
  9. Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.
  10. Transfer into serving bowl. Decorate with grated cheese and serve.
