Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats powder 1 cup
  2. Beetroot puree 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tbsp
  5. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  6. coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Curd 1 cup
  8. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  10. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  11. Green chillies 4
  12. Hung curd 1 cup
  13. Black salt 1/2tsp
  14. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add oats powder,beetroot purée,olive oil and curd ,mix it well
  2. Add ginger garlic paste to it
  3. Kashmiri chilly powder soaked in water for 10 minutes to the prepared curd mixture
  4. Now add chilly powder,coriander powder,salt and water as required
  5. Add baking soda to it, mix it
  6. Pour this mixture to a greased baking tray, bake it for 25-30 minutes in preheated oven
  7. For base : Mix the following ingredients- hung curd,salt,black pepper powder and black salt
  8. Place the mixture in the fridge for sometime
  9. When the red velvet savoury sponge is baked and cool,cut it in to cube
  10. Take a square mound pour some hung curd mixture layer and keep it into the fridge
  11. Make a layer a hung curd and place the red velvet cube over it
  12. Garnish it with Rajkoti dip and green chutney
