ABOUT Mango Peach Ice-cream Delight RECIPE

Mangoes and peaches are in season and they perfectly compliment each other to make a delicious dessert. Here Mango and peach are combined to make a rich and creamy ice cream delight.

Ingredients Serving: 2

2 big size ripe mangoes
2 big size ripe peaches
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Milkmaid
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
For the Garnish
Some pomegranate kernels
Some mango chunks

Instructions

Cut the mangoes and the peaches into large chunks.
Put in blender or food processor to puree.
Combine the puree, heavy cream, milkmaid and sugar in a large bowl and mix well.
Put ice cream mixture in an air tight container, top with mango chunks and pomegranate kernels and let it sit in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
When set garnish with pomegranate kernels and mango chunks and serve chilled.
