ABOUT Digestive Smoothie ( Cucumber, curd, mint , flax seeds and ginger smoothie) RECIPE

Curd is best for Digestion. Mint is Calming and soothing herb which aids digestion. Ginger helps to increase muscle tone around Intestine, and aids the stomach in moving food down the Digestive track. Cucumber rich in water and fibre, basic elements needed for good digestion. Flax seeds provides dietary fobre. So here is a smoothie which helps you to digest your food especially during Summers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Cucumber grated 1 big.
  3. Flex seeds 1 tsp
  4. Mint leaves 15 to 20
  5. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  6. Zeera [cumin seeds] roasted 1 tsp
  7. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Add half tsp of water in grated ginger and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Squeeze out Water from Cucumber. ( don't squeeze too much)
  3. Grind flax seeds and roasted zeera in dry grinding jar.
  4. Blend Curd, mint, Cucumber flax seeds, zeera ginger water. Add ice cubes too.
  5. Blend everything smooth. Add chat masala. Adjust salt.
  6. Serve with garnish of mint leaves.
