ABOUT Banana Jello Layered Ice Cream RECIPE

In this ice cream there is amalgamation of banana and black current jelly. It tastes superb.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Frozen bananas 2
  2. Sweetened condensed milk. 200 grams
  3. Whipped cream .100 grams
  4. Ready Black current jelly. 1 pack
  5. Honey 1 tablespoon
  6. Pomegranate kernels 1 tablespoon
  7. Mint sprigs. 4

Instructions

  1. First, cook jelly according to instructions on the pack and keep aside to set.
  2. Take frozen bananas in a blender and blend. Now add honey, cream, condensed milk and whisk it nicely.
  3. Pour this mixture into the dish. Cover and freeze it until softly set.
  4. Keep stirring in about 2 hour intervals.
  5. Now transfer it in a bowl and blend with hand mixer till fluffy.
  6. Again pour it in same dish and freeze until firm for 6 hours.
  7. Now take a serving dish . First layer with jelly. Then layer with ready ice cream.
  8. Garnish with pomegranate kernels and mint sprigs.
  9. Serve immediately.
