ABOUT Tandoori Paneer Tikka RECIPE

Lip smacking north Indian dish paneer tikka made in the gas tandoor. Healthy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer cubes 250 gm
  2. 1 each Cubed veggies(tomato, capsicum, onion)
  3. Hung curd 200 gm
  4. cornflour 1 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Chat masala 2 tsp
  8. Kashmiri red Chilli powder 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all ingredients except paneer, veggies and oil. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
  2. Now add all the veggies and mix well.
  3. Next, add paneer cubes and mix gently so that it won't break.
  4. Now keep the bowl in the refrigerator for two hours.
  5. Preheat the gas tandoor for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mean while arranging the paneer and veggies on skewers one by one as shown in the recipe picture.
  7. Grease the grill with little oil and put the skewers on it.
  8. Flip it to each side to cook evenly.
  9. Serve with sliced onions and mint chutney.
