Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken- 1 whole (mine was about to 1.5 kg)
  2. Olive oil- 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger powder- 1 tsp
  4. Garlic powder- 1 tsp
  5. Dried thymes- 1 Tsp
  6. Oregano- 1/2tsp
  7. Paprika powder- 2 to 3 tsp
  8. Salt- to taste
  9. Onion powder- 1 tsp
  10. Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  11. Aluminum foil
  12. Veggies-of your choice ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken properly and pat dry it with the kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and olive oil and mix well.
  3. Now take the chicken and rub this spices all over it. Make sure you do this thoroughly.
  4. You can add some finely chopped onions or bell peppers inside the chicken.
  5. Now in a hot pot place the aluminium foil. It helps us our chicken from burning. Now put the chicken, breast side down and cover the lid.
  6. Cook till the chicken tenders as it takes a long time to cook. Gently set it on a serving plate.
  7. Serve it hot.
