Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Imly/tamarind 125 gm
  2. Ginger 1 piece
  3. Pudina 1 small bunch
  4. Coriander 1 small bunch
  5. 1 tbsp jeera powder
  6. Lemon 2
  7. 7 cup water
  8. 1 tsp red pepper
  9. 1/2 garam masala
  10. 2 tsp salt
  11. 4 tsp black salt
  12. 2 tsp sugar.
  13. Ice cubes few

Instructions

  1. Grind ginger pudina and coriander.
  2. Make paste
  3. Soak Imly in water
  4. Remove seeds from it.
  5. Take the liquid and mix all ingredients in it
  6. Mix well
  7. Keep it for 5 minutes
  8. Now strain it through a fine cotton cloth
  9. Mix water and ice in it
  10. Serve chilled
