Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Heavy cream-1cup
  2. Condensed Milk-1Cup
  3. Grated Carrot-1/4 cup
  4. Ghee-1tsp
  5. Cardamom-a pinch
  6. Saffron soaked in warm milk-a pinch
  7. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  8. Orange food colour -optional

Instructions

  1. Heat pan and saute grated carrot in one tsp of ghee till its cooked..add cardamom and saffron soaked in milk and switch off the flame.
  2. In a bowl beat heavy cream till it forms a stiff peak.Add in vanilla also.Then blend in condensed milk well and divide the mixture into two halves.
  3. To one-half mix a pinch of orange colour and the sauteed carrot and start layering vanilla and the carrot layers alternating in the bowl which has to keep for setting the ice cream.Freeze for 3 hours minimum and serve.
  4. Your delicious no churn Eggless Carrot ice cream is ready.
