Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Basil seeds 2 tablespoon
  2. Rose syrup as required
  3. Lemon Juice 1/4 cup
  4. A handful of pomegranate arils
  5. Khus syrup as required
  6. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  7. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Clean basil seeds and soak in 1/2 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Keep aside
  2. In a jar add rose syrup as required, stir in 1/2 cup of water, same way make khus syrup in different jar, keep them aside
  3. In a mixing jar add lemon juice, sugar and stir till sugar is dissolved
  4. Add a half cup of water and stir again. Keep aside
  5. Assembling: For the first layer spoon some soaked basil seeds at the bottom of your popsicle mould, then pour 2 tsp of prepared rose syrup and freeze it for 30 minutes
  6. Take the moulds out and insert wooden sticks in the centre and put them back into the freezer for at least 2 hours or till the first layer is completely set
  7. Next,drop some pomegranate arils over the first layer and pour 3-4 tablespoon of lemonade and put the moulds back into the freezer to set
  8. For the 3rd layer spoon some soaked basil seeds and pomegranate arils and pour some prepared khus syrup
  9. Cover the moulds with foil
  10. For de moulding run hot water over the moulds and carefully take out the popsicles
  11. Serve chilled
