Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Watermelon pieces 2 cup
  2. Sugar 2 table spoon
  3. Black Salt 1 tea spoon
  4. Mint springs 10 pieces
  5. Chat masala powder 1 tea spoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ice cream sticks 4 pieces
  8. Disposable tea cups 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Take watermelon in a mixer jar.
  2. Add all the other ingredients except mint and crush it.
  3. Sieve the juice.
  4. Pour it in the tea cups.
  5. Add whole mint springs in the juice.
  6. Freeze​ it in the freezer for 4-5 hours
  7. Now fix the ice-cream stick in the water melon cups.
  8. Again freeze it for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut the tea cups from the sides.
  10. Now serve immediately.
