the picturewise method is very helpful
If using frozen paneer blanch them in salted water for 7_8 mins , ignore this step if using fresh paneer
Take a big bowl , add yoghurt , salt , sugar and mango pickle , mix well
Now marinate paneer pieces with this mixture
Keep aside for 1 hour
take a pan heat oil , add whole cumin , coriander , fennel seeds , tomato pieces
Saute until tomatoes are soft
Now make a smooth paste with little water when cooled down
Now heat oil again add chopped onion , crushed garlic and ginger
Saute until onions are soft and translucent
Now add the ground paste
Saute and mix well
Now add chilli powder and garam masala powder
Saute for 1_2 mins , add marinated paneer and hing
Cook and cover for 5_7 mins
Add 1 cup warm water
Add kasuri methi , boil the gravy until it is thickened.
Serve hot , garnish with chopped coriander leaves
