Ingredients Serving: 6

Strawberries 7-8
Sugar 1/2cup
Cottage cheese 1/2cup
instant gulabjamun mix 1/2cup
desicated coconut powder 1/4cup
Strawberry essence few drops

Instructions

Crush strawberries in a fine paste
Heat a pan add strawberry paste in it along with sugar cook it for 2minuts
Now add cottage cheese instant gulanjamun mix in it and mix well
Add desicated coconut powder and Strawberry essence ,mix well cook till mixture leave the pan completly and become thick turn off the gas
Let the Mixture cools down take small portion of mixture give it a heart shape decorate it with silver pearls and serve
