Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fenugreek seeds (Methidana) 1 cup
  2. Raw Mango (Kachhi Kairi) 1 big (peeled n cut in small pieces)
  3. Oil 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  7. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric (haldi) 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak Dana methi overnight or 7-8 hrs.
  2. In the morning drain the water and add 2 glass water and boil for 5 mins.
  3. Drain the excess water.
  4. In a kadhahi heat up oil. Add cumin seeds.
  5. Add boiled methi Dana and chopped raw mango.
  6. Add spices and salt. Mix well.
  7. Cover the kadhahi and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
  8. You can store this for 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
