Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion - 1 big cut into cubes
  2. Tomato - 2 cut similarly
  3. Carrots - 3 to 4 ( peeled & cut into small cubes )
  4. Potato - 1 peeled and cut into cubes
  5. Oats - half cup
  6. Coriander leaves - little ( about 2 tbspn)
  7. Garlic - 2 cloves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilly powder - half tspn
  10. Oil- 1 tbspn
  11. water for cooking
  12. Pepper pwdr - according to your taste....

Instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker and heat it...Add oil and when hot put the chopped onions & garlic and saute well for a few minutes....
  2. Then add the chopped vegetables and mix well...
  3. Put red chilly powder and salt... Add oats & required quantity of water and give a nice stir....
  4. Close the lid of the cooker and let it cook till one whistle.Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  5. Then later blend the cooked vegetables with coriander leaves....
  6. Now pour this ground mixture in a kadai.... Heat it ....pour little more water & bring to required consistency....after it boils... turn off the gas...
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves....Put pepper powder & serve hot...
