ABOUT Maggi Oats Soup RECIPE

The maggi oats soup is very healthy, tasty and complete soup. Soup gets its full-bodied flavor from the vegetable stock.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Oat balls:
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp capsicum (finally chopped)
  5. 2 tbsp onion (finally chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp mushrooms (finally chopped)
  7. 1/2 green chilli (finally chopped)
  8. 1 cup classic masala oats
  9. Water as required
  10. 1/2 cup boiled maggi noodles
  11. Soup ingredients:
  12. 2 cups vegetable stock
  13. 1/2 onion sliced
  14. 1/2 capsicum sliced
  15. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  16. 1/4 cup broccoli sliced
  17. 1 cup boiled Maggi
  18. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Black pepper
  21. 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions

  1. For Balls: Heat a pan, add oil, and all the ingredients one by one, roast the oats with veggies for some time, add water, mix well. Let it cool for some time, make balls out of it, wrap Maggi noodles around the oats balls.
  2. Heat the appam pan, add little oil, Cook the oats balls till golden.
  3. For Soup: Take oil and butter in a pan and once heated add chopped onions, finely sliced mushroom, broccoli and Capsicum. Add salt, soy sauce, vegetable stock and boiled Maggie noodles and let it simmer.
  4. Place oats balls in a deep bowl and pour the soup on it.
