Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 500gm hung curd
  2. 400gm condensed milk
  3. Some saffron flake
  4. One tbl spn corn starch
  5. Half tea spn rose water
  6. Some pistachio

Instructions

  1. Take hung curd beat it
  2. Add condensed milk and corn starch mix well
  3. Take saffron soak with half tea spn water or milk
  4. Add with batter add some chopped pistachio
  5. Take a heatproof pan Gresse it with ghee
  6. Pour the mixture n cover it with aluminum foil
  7. Cook it on steam for 25 minute
  8. Cool it completely then keep in fridge for 2to 3 hour
  9. Garnish with pistachio and saffron serve chilled.
