Take saffron soak with half tea spn water or milk
Add with batter add some chopped pistachio
Take a heatproof pan Gresse it with ghee
Pour the mixture n cover it with aluminum foil
Cook it on steam for 25 minute
Cool it completely then keep in fridge for 2to 3 hour
Garnish with pistachio and saffron serve chilled.
