Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1 cup or 400 ml condensed milk
  3. 2 tbsp roohafja rose flavour syrup
  4. 1 tsp rose essence
  5. FOR GARNISH
  6. Rose syrup
  7. Rose petals
  8. Dry nuts of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix condensed milk and hung curd
  2. Add rose syrup
  3. Add rose essence
  4. Pour it in baking bowls
  5. Add water in baking dish
  6. Bake it pre heat oven at 180'c for 15 minutes
  7. Nie keep it out
  8. Let it chill in fridge serve chill with rose syrup and dry nuts
