Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup soaked rice
  2. 1 cup soaked yellow moong dal
  3. 1/2 cup fresh green garlic chopped
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. 2greenchilli chopped
  6. 1/2 tb hing
  7. 1/2 tb tuermaric
  8. Salt
  9. 2tb ghee
  10. 3tb emlipulp
  11. Curryleaves
  12. 3 whole red chillies
  13. 1/2 tb cumin seeds
  14. 1 tomato fine chopped
  15. 1/2 tb garammasala
  16. 2 babyleaf

Instructions

  1. Cook soaked dal and rice sepreatly
  2. Now in deep pan heat one tb ghee add cumin seeds , babyleaf, chopped green chilli, chopped tomato and salt let it cook till tomato become soft
  3. Add Cooked dal and mix well add tuermaric powder
  4. Add Cooked rice add garamagram mix well. Add emli plup and cook
  5. Add chopped green garlic and coriander
  6. Now in tadka pan heat ghee and add hing ,curry leaves , whole redchlii pour this ready tadka on ready dal khichdi
  7. Now serve hot with yogurt or papad Enjoy
