  17. Milk 1 cup/ cream 1/2 cup
  18. Cheese 1/2 cup

  9. Mix well, add cheese
  10. Let this mixture cook for 5 more minutes till all sauces and spices mix and are imbibed by vegetables
  11. Do not overcook vegetables as they may get mushy. Vegetables taste best when crunchy
  12. Meanwhile, take chapati and roast it over tava like the way you do for khakara
  13. Apply some butter while roasting
  14. Keep on moving chapati so as not to burn it.
  15. Apply pressure on chapati from top with ladle or cloth to keep it flat and crispy
  16. Keep tava on medium flame while roasting chapati
  17. Eventually chapati will get crispy
  18. Take it out on plate.
  19. When it gets little cold, cut thin longitudinal strips
  20. Take a serving bowl and arrange chapati pieces in it
  21. Add vegetable sauce over it and serve
  22. If you cut after it is cooled completely, it may become too hard to cut into strips and will make crumbles while doing so
