Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 275 gms
  2. Onion 1 sliced
  3. Tomato 2 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  5. Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
  6. Black pepper corns 4
  7. Bay leaf 1
  8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil 4 tbs
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and cook till brown.
  2. Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black pepper corns and ginger garlic paste in it.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, red chilly powder coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt and cook for more 10 minutes.
  5. Add water and cover the lid and cook on slow flame till done.
