Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe mango pulp 2 cups
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Green cardmom powder 1 tsp
  4. Ghee 1 tsp for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take mango pulp ,sugar and cardmom powder in a kadahi .
  2. Cook the mixture on high heat .
  3. Stirring continuously .
  4. When the mixture starts to boil, lower the flame.
  5. Stir and cook for 10 mnts.
  6. Gradually the mixture changes color and thickens.
  7. Grease a thali .
  8. Spread mango paste on thali .
  9. Spread thin. Layer.
  10. Keep in sun light for whole day .
  11. Or until it dry .
  12. It will take 2 days also .
  13. Cut into stripes and roll.
