ABOUT Dahi fuchka RECIPE

This is a curd based Indian chaat , made with the golgappa pooris. Yummy, tasty, tangy and delicious to the core.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fuchka-12 pieces
  2. Curd-500 gm
  3. Black salt as per taste
  4. Tamarind paste-3bsp
  5. Honey-4 tbsp
  6. Corriander leaves-a bunch
  7. Potato-1 finely chopped and boiled
  8. Matar-a handful (boiled)
  9. Mint leaves-a bunch
  10. Sev- a packet
  11. Jeera powder-2 tbsp (roasted)
  12. Green chillies-3
  13. Sugar as per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and matar and keep aside.
  2. Take the curd and mix well with black salt,jeera powder, sugar.
  3. Green chutney:make, chutney with corriander and mint leaves in 3:1 proportion.Add green chillies, garlic and water and blend together.
  4. Sweet chutney:next make the tamarind paste and honey chutney.
  5. Now assemble the fuchkas in a plate and add the dahi mixture.
  6. To it add the green chutney and the sweet chutney.
  7. Sprinkle some black salt and sev.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
