ABOUT Dominoes style Spicy Cheese Stuffed Garlic Bread RECIPE
Normally we buy these type of breads from our favorite food outlets,but these breads has got a particular flavor,i mean they are not spicy at all!But this garlic bread is spicy ,tangy and creamy also.

Dry active yeast - 1/2 tsp
Luke warm water -1/2 a cup
Sugar -1/2 tsp
For Dough- All purpose flour - 1 cup
salt as per taste
Refined oil -1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped-5 to 6 cloves
Semolina-1 tsp(
We are not going to mix it in the dough initially
For stuffing-
Boiled american corns - 2 tbsp
Mozzarella (shredded)Cheese - 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce for spreading - 2 tsp
For sprinkling dry masala
Oregano flakes - 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 pinch
Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp
Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter around 1 tsp for the glaze and flavor
Instructions
In a small bowl add yeast, warm water, and sugar. Mix and keep aside for 10 minutes in a warm place. In another bowl add flour and add some garlic pieces.
Add salt, oregano and mix. Make a well in the center of the flour, add the concoction of yeast in it. Add the refined oil. Knead the dough for around 10 minutes.
Keep the dough ball in a greased bowl for at least 1 hour covered with a cling film in a warm place. Mix all the dry masalas and keep aside. Boil American corns, strain and keep aside.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Knead the dough again. Add semolina and knead it.
Make a thick round shape like a pizza base. Spread chili garlic sauce on the roll and add corns and cheese on the half side. Fold the base and seal its sides properly, you can apply some water at the ends.
Take the melted butter and brush it on the folded base. After that make small slits on the base with the help of a knife.
Keep the base gently on a baking tray and bake it at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, let it cool down and its ready to enjoy.Enjoy your dominoes style Cheesy Garlic Bread at home.
