ABOUT Rose cookies RECIPE

Crunchy, crispy yet melt in the mouth lovely cookies . It can be stored for a long time as well.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice flour - 1 cup
  2. Maida -1/2 cup
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  5. Thick coconut milk - 2 cups
  6. Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  7. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Refined oil fry

Instructions

  1. Make a batter with all the ingredients except the oil
  2. Make sure that there are no lumps
  3. Heat ample amount of oil and dip the rose cookie mould into the hot oil first than into the batter and leave it in the oil
  4. Once it starts forming crust, it will come out of the mould, let it cook till crispy.
  5. Remove from oil and put it on the strainer ,so that extra oil comes out.
  6. Serve.it any time
