ABOUT Pineapple Tikka RECIPE

Roasted pineapple chunks marinated in spices.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Pineapple - 1
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  3. Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  8. Oil - needed just to grease the non stick pan
  9. Chat masala - 2 pinch
  10. Yellow chilli powder - 2 pinch

Instructions

  1. Peel pineapple and remove the stem. Cut into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add pineapple and all the ingredients except oil.
  3. Mix them well. Let all spices cover pineapple chunks completely. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Take a non stick pan. Grease it with oil. Transfer these pineapple chunks to non stick pan.
  5. Roast the marinated pineapple chunks evenly from all sides. When evenly roasted from all sides, take them out on the serving plate.
  6. Sprinkle chat masala and yellow chilli powder and serve.
