ABOUT Pan Seared Chicken Breast RECIPE

One of the simplest Chicken dishes and yet full of flavors.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken - 300 gms breast or boneless chicken  
  2. Pepper powder - 2  tsp 
  3. Salt to taste 
  4. Oregano - 1-2 tsp
  5. Olive oil - 2 tbsp 
  6. Coriander leaves, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat about 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. In medium heat now place the chicken without sticking to each other.
  3. Cook for 7-8 mins each on both sides of the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the Oregano in the midway of the cooking before taking off the heat.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve. (You can substitute coriander leaves with some other herbs whatever you can source)
