ABOUT Capsicum Chicken RECIPE

Delicious boneless chicken with the flavors of capsicum.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm - Boneless chicken
  2. 1 tsp - Mustard seeds
  3. 2 - Onion
  4. 2 - Green chilli
  5. 1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 - Green capsicum
  7. 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  8. 2 tsp - Black pepper powder
  9. Coriander leaves for garnish
  10. Salt
  11. 2 tbsp - Oil

Instructions

  1. Grind capsicum to a paste. Cut the chicken to a bite size cubes. Keep aside.
  2. In a pan add oil mustard seeds, when it crackles add onion, green chilli then add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  3. Then add the pureed capsicum and saute it. Add chicken cubes and all the powdered masalas. Cook till chicken is tender (water is not needed to be added as it will come from chicken if it bot add little to cook the chicken).
  4. Add coriander leaves and serve.
