Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha - 1 Cup
  2. Cottage Cheese - 1/2 Cup
  3. Coconut - 1/2 Cup
  4. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  5. Chana daal - 3 tbsp
  6. Cashew Powder - 2 tbsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. All purpose flour or corn flour - 1/4 Cup
  9. Green chilli - 1-2 or as per taste
  10. Red Chilli - 1 tsp or as per taste
  11. Coriander - 1/2 Cup
  12. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  13. Jeera powder - 1tsp
  14. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For green chutney : Take chana daal, lightly roast and keep aside, Now in a mixer jar add coriander, green chilli, salt, pinch of sugar, chana daal, coconut and grind it well till smooth, add lemon juice in the end and keep aside.
  2. Wash the poha well. Grind coarsely it in a mixer. Now in this add crumbled Paneer (Cottage cheese).
  3. Now add salt, chilli, cashew powder, jeera Powder, garam masala and mix well.
  4. Now give it a round shape, make a hole and fill the chutney inside and roll it well and deep fry in oil til golden brown.
