Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 - Aloo, boiled and mashed
  2. 1 - Broccoli, fine chopped
  3. 1 -Onion, fine chopped
  4. 1tbs - Ginger garlic paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 3tbs - Cornflour
  7. 1/2 Cup -Bread crumbs
  8. 1tbs - soy sauce
  9. 1tbs - Black peeper powder
  10. Maida + water ( slurry)
  11. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Heat one tbs oil in pan. Add chopped Onion saute for a minute.
  2. Add Ginger garlic paste mix well. Add chopped broccoli and dry masala mentioned above and mix well.
  3. Pour ready mixer in Bowl. And add mashed aloo,soy sauce mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture in small portions. Make tikki or cutlet and dip ready tikki in slurry ( maida + water). Then dust in bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in pan. Deep fry the tikki till they turn golden in colour and crisp. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
