ABOUT Creamy Peanut Butter RECIPE

Homemade Peanut butter is very healthy. It has less salt and sugar. This recipe has no sugar at all. You can store it for a month in refrigerator.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Peanuts - 1 Cup
  2. Peanut oil - 1 tsp
  3. Ghee - 1 tsp
  4. Honey - 1 tsp
  5. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Roast peanut well and take them out in a large plate. When cool, remove their skin by rubbing between palms.
  2. Put the skinned peanuts into a mixer jar and blend for 1 minute then add 1tsp oil. Blend for 15 seconds, now add 1tsp honey. Blend for 10 seconds. Add salt and ghee blend for 10 seconds. Take it out in a jar and use after 24 hours for better taste.
