A healthy smoothie that can be made by adding peanut butter

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Creamy Peanut butter 2tsp
  2. Oats 1/4 cup
  3. Banana 1
  4. Soya milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds and stir and blend for another 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with oats. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
