For attractive presentation I made a tomato stand for tikki.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For Gravy : Butter - 2 tbs
Fresh cream - 1/2 Cup
Soaked cashew nut paste - 1tbs
Tometo puree - 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato - 1
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
Chopped bell papers - 1
Boiled beans + peas - 1/2 Cup
Grated paneer - 1/2 Cup
Cheese - 2 cubes
Kitchen king masala - 1/2 tbs
Garam masala - 1/2 tbs
Green chilli - 1
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbs
Coriander + cumin seed powder - 1 tbs
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tbs
Salt as per taste
For Tikki - Boiled & mashed potato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
Greated paneer - 1/2 Cup
Coriender leaves - 1/2 Cup
Soy sauce - 1/2 tbs
Mayonnaise - 2 tbs
Rice flour - 2 tbs
Corn flour - 2 tbs
Salt as per taste
Green chilli - 1, chopped
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbs
White til - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbs
Chaat masala - 1/2 tbs
Lemon juice - 1/2 tbs
Oil - 2 tbs
Big tomato - 1 (for stand)
Instructions
For Gravy - Heat butter in a non stick pan add ginger garlic, green chilli and saute it for 2 min. Add onion & saute till golden brown.
Add cashew paste & cook for 2 minutes then add tomato and cook for 5 min. Add bell paper and tomato puree & stir it continuously on high flame then add beans and peas. After 5 min add 1 cup warm water & stir it for 5 minutes.
Add all spices, paneer, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, fresh cream and mix well. Finally add the cheese. Cook for sometime and turn off the gas.
For Tikki - Mix all the ingredients mentioned under Tikki and make small size round patties / tikkis with your palms.
Heat oil in nonstick pan and shallow fry the tikkis till golden brown from both sides. Make cuts in the tomato to make a stand. Place one tikki in each cut and pour the gravy over it.
Garnish it with cheese, coriander leaves and curd. Serve with naan, roti, puri, rice.
