Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm - Paneer
  2. 1 Cup - Bell Pepper (red, yellow, green) diced
  3. 2-3 - Baby Corn
  4. 4- Mushrooms, cut in quarters
  5. 1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
  6. 1- Onion, cut n separate layers
  7. 2 tsp - Honey
  8. 1 tsp - Vinegar
  9. Ajinomoto a pinch
  10. 1 tsp - Soy Sauce
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/2 tsp - Chopped garlic
  13. A little Oil

Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies. Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion and fry a little then add all the veggies and toss them in the pan on high flame.
  2. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, ajinomoto and honey. Toss well. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
