ABOUT Rava Corn Balls RECIPE

A snack with commonly combined ingredients that is corn and cheese But the twist here is the outer covering. Instead of using the cornflour and breadcrumb I have used Rava/semolina

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the stuffing - 4 tablespoon - Boiled corn
  2. 4 tablespoon - Grated cheese
  3. 2 teaspoon - Oregano
  4. 1 - Chopped green chilli
  5. 4 cloves - Chopped garlic
  6. Salt
  7. 2 - Boiled and mashed potatoes
  8. For the outer cover - 1 cup - Bombay rava
  9. 1 cup - Hot water
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients of the stuffing together.
  2. Roast the rava for 2 to 3 minutes and then add hot water and salt. Keep the consistency such that once it cools down you can bind it
  3. Flatten the rava covering on your palms and place the mixture and roll it out in the shape of a ball.
  4. Deep fry the balls and your cheese corn balls are ready.
