Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milkmaid - 100 gm
  2. Milk - 1/2 kg
  3. Rice - 50 gm
  4. Kesar few threads
  5. Green Cardamom - 2
  6. Mango pulp - 1 Cup
  7. Khus syrup - 2 tbs
  8. Badam chopped - 7 to 8
  9. Chocochips for garnish
  10. Chocolate syrup for garnish
  11. Chopped pista for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash rice and grind it to make a smooth paste.
  2. Boil milk with Cardamon and kesar. Add rice paste and cook it on low flame for 5 min.
  3. Add mik maid and chopped badam. Let the kheer simmer till it becomes thick and smooth. The consistency depends on your choice.
  4. Once done, remove from stove and chill. For serving, In a glass layer mango pulp and kheer alternately.
  5. Garnish with Chocochips, chocolate syrup, khus syrup and pista . Place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Serve chilled.
