Mango kheer is an Indian style mango rice pudding which is naturally rich, smooth, creamy and perfect as dessert.
Drooling over it!
1- Add the milk to heavy bottom pan and heat it.
2-Wash the rice and ground the rice coarsely.
3- Once the milk it hot add the grounded rice to it saffron and cardamon powder and cook it until the rice are done.
4- Once the rice is cooked add sugar to it and mix it till the sugar dissolves completely.
5- Turn off the flame let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
6- Than add mango puree to it mix it well.
7- Finally garnish it with mango slices, almonds and pistachios.
8- Keep it in refrigerator and remove it just before serving.
