Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices - 4
  2. Besan - 1/2 cup
  3. Chilli garlic paste - 1tbs
  4. Salt - as per taste
  5. Ajwain - 1/2 tbs
  6. Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoon
  7. Red chilli - 1/4 tsp
  8. Raita masala - as required
  9. Curd, beaten - 250 g
  10. Pudina - 4-5 leaves crushed
  11. Rock salt - as required
  12. Sugar - 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Make a besan batter with garlic chilli paste, ajwain, and salt.
  2. Cut bread slices in four pieces dip in the batter and fry it till golden brown.
  3. Take it out and dip it in a bowl of water for 2 minutes then take it out and make it into a vada shape.
  4. Prepare curd by adding salt, rock salt, sugar, raita masala, chilli powder, and crushed pudina.
  5. Pour the curd on bread vadas and sprinkle some rock salt and chili powder. Garnish with coriander..
