Besan ladoos with the goodness of almonds.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Gram flour or (besan) - 250g
  2. Sugar - as per your taste
  3. Almonds - 200g
  4. Ghee - 250g
  5. Elaichi powder - 1/6

Instructions

  1. Soak almond for almost two hours and then grind them to make a paste.
  2. Take a kadhayi , heat ghee and roast the gram flour ( besan ) and almonds paste till it starts to give a nutty aroma. The color should change to golden brown. Keep the flame low and add sugar and elaichi powder.
  3. Turn off the gas and let it cool slightly then make round ladoos of the mixture. Keep them in airtight container when completely cooled.
