Green chutney is an essential part of Bhel, Chaat, Dhoklas, sandwiches, and Pakoras. It is prepared from coriander leaves and mint leaves. This dark green color chutney not only looks beautiful but also tastes yum.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Coriander leaves + Mint leaves 1 cup
  2. Green chilly 1
  3. Garlic Pods 4
  4. Small onion 1\2
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar as per taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Grind with a little water to a fine paste.
  3. You can refrigerate and use this chutney till 4-5 days.
