Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ripe Mangoes 2
  2. Raw mango 1/2
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1&1/2 cup
  5. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  6. Strawberry sauce 2tbsp
  7. Ice cubes as per requirement
  8. Mint leaves for garnishing few
  9. For sugar syrup:
  10. Water 2 cup
  11. Sugar 1& 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mangoes with water.
  2. Peel out the skin.
  3. Slice the mangoes and take out the pit and cut into small pieces.
  4. In a cooker and add in all the pieces of mangoes and 1 cup water.
  5. Cook on high flame for two whistles make sure it should not burn.
  6. For the sugar syrup: Take a pan add 2 cup water and 1 cup sugar cook until all the sugar dissolves.
  7. When all the pressure is released from the cooker open the lid.
  8. Pour all the content of cooker in the juicer jar and blend for 1 minute make sure there should not be any lump in the mango pulp.
  9. Now filter the mango pulp to make it lump free and smooth.
  10. Discard if any lump remaining after filtering the boiled pulp of mangoes.
  11. Here we have got smooth and fresh mango juice without any preservatives or color add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice at this stage.
  12. Add the ready sugar syrup in this mango juice. You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to your taste.
  13. Now keep this mango fruity juice inside the fridge to chill.
  14. Take out from the fridge and serve chilled, you can add ice cubes according to your requirement.
