A flavorful medicinal cooler with goodness of Holy Basil

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tulsi/Holy Basil Leaves – 10 to 15
  2. Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
  3. Palm Candy – 25 gms (Crushed)
  4. Almond Gum – 1 Tablespoon (Soaked Overnight)
  5. Water – 200 ml

Instructions

  1. Grind the Tulsi Leaves with a little water and strain the extract to a glass.
  2. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice, crushed palm candy and soaked almond gum to it.
  3. Now add water and mix well. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
