ABOUT Basil Tea | Tulsi Chai RECIPE

A very effective tea for fat reduction and very good immunity booster in winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basil leaves 15-20
  2. Ginger juice 1tsp per glass
  3. Water 3 glasses
  4. Lemon juice (optional)
  5. 1 tbsp Honey per glass

Instructions

  1. Crush basil leaves and take put them in serving glasses
  2. Pour hot water over basil leaves
  3. Keep aside for 10 mins
  4. Add ginger juice and honey in every glass
  5. Mix well and drink in morning in empty stomach.
  6. Can add some drops of lemon juice.
