A refreshing drink with a smoky flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cups seedless watermelon cubes.
  2. 2tsp black pepper.
  3. 2tbsp lemon juice.
  4. 1tsp roasted cumin seeds.
  5. 1tsp black salt.
  6. 1tsp honey.
  7. 1/2 cup mint leaves.
  8. Ice cubes.
  9. Chilled water.

Instructions

  1. Keep the watermelon cubes on an open flame just for 1 minute(for a smoky flavour).
  2. Place all the ingredients into a blender jar including smoked melon.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add some chilled water and mix well.
  4. Strain the mixture with a sieve.
  5. To serve takes glasses, add ice cubes to the glasses. Pour the watermelon mix into the glasses.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves.
