Soak moong dal as much time possible ( at least 1 hr)
Now grind fine to a paste
Add all seasoning to the ground moong dal, except mustard seeds, curry leaves
Keep curd, ginger paste and coriander ready with the ground paste
Now beat the curd well
Heat ghee/oil in kadhai and splutter mustard and curry leaves
Make a mix of beaten curd and the ground dal
Add double the measure of water and stir for 5 minutes on high flame
Slow flame keeps stirring to avoid boiling and till done.
Remove in bowl sprinkle coriander and mix well
Serve hot with paratha roti or rice
